Can Small bowel CT scan dx crohns????

I was just wondering if a CT of the small intestines would be able to dx crohns disease?? My GI doc is not in a hurry to do invasive tests like a colonoscopy as of yet as he said it does carry risks. I was wondering if a CT scan of the small intestines would be able to see if there was crohns in the small bowel????
