Title says it all.. I'd like my husband to try a different probiotic than the one he is on, and I've also heard really good things about Florastor. Can Florastor be taken with another probiotic? The one I'm looking at is Megaflora (similar to Garden of Life). Is it bad if these are taken together? Can it be potentially good to take together?

Thanks for the feedback.

EDIT: He is also on Humira - not sure if that is a problem?

I don't take any probiotics yet, but I'm looking to start, and I'm interested in this question as well.

Megaflora and Florastor both seem like very strong options, but they appear to be categorically distinct in terms of active components.

As far as I can tell, Megaflora is simply a very comprehensive traditional bacterial probiotic, whereas Florastor is yeast-based rather than bacteria-based.

Perhaps someone with a better understanding of probiotic biomechanics can provide some insight?
