Thanks for posting this, Pilgrim. This survey is led by my son's GI, and is a good one for patients and their caregivers to have their voices heard. Although it's Canadian, I believe other countries can participate (?).

Note it says you can also partake if you were diagnosed at under 18 even if you are currently 18+.
