Anyone ever take a Cansa (in the evening) and not have anything come out until the next morning?

I've taken it. But I couldn't even hold that in for longer then 3 mintues. I wish I could hold something that long though.

although this has no post relevance i thought i might share that i noticed u take jack3d etc. while the nitrous oxide is probably good in the deliverance of nutrients... the creatine in that causes water retention in the intestines. althought it might not be a bother to you, that can cause bad diarrhea and malabsorption. from my experience as a very avid bodybuilder i can tell you most supplements and crohns dont mix. i went all natural and ONLY used 100%whey with the absolute least amount of additives and i have never felt better or had such great results with no supplement stoppage loss. but who cares what i think...

I've had that happen the short time I took both suppository and enema hydrocortisone. Some times could barely hold the recommended time, other times held it overnight and came out right away, still other times I had no urges in the morning and didn't end up going til 24 hours later! It was quite odd... Not sure what is "normal" for these things, sorry!

Try lying on your side immediately after using the enemas. I take deep breaths and try to focus on something else-but usually you know in like 5 minutes if it's going to stay in or not. My doctor wants me to just put in another one if I expel it-grrrrrrr!
