Cannabis to ease crohn's

I was diagnosed w/crohn's 10 years ago, am now almost 60. I am curious as to any cannabis strains that are deemed helpful to ease the discomfort of this disease. New poster Tim, thanx

I refuse to smoke (or even vapor due to having small children in my house), but I have found that CBD has been very helpful. I buy it in the form of chocolate bars and eat a small amount to maintain remission (in addition to my regular medication) or larger amounts during a flare. Helps with both the Crohn's and the pain from Crohn's.

I have read that the edible forms are more helpful to those with Crohn's because then the CBD and ThC and other components go through the intestines.

Hi Tim...

I participate in the Medical Marijuana Program in New Jersey and have used the strain, "Juanita La Lagrimosa" with success in easing my symptoms. It has fairly high levels of CBD's, which are supposed to good on the gut.
