Hi, folks,

I have had several people tell me about the benefits of CBD oil. Is anyone using this to treat Crohns ? If so, at what strength ? how much ? and how often do you use it ? Thanks for any input, Les

This last week I have been using CBD oil suppositories that I had made for me.
Starting with one ounce of plant material, I had 5 grams of Rick Simpson Oil made. I then had this oil put into cacao butter supps. The process took a few days. I have been using the supps to try and support my taper off Pred and keep my rectal inflammation under control. So far, this is working remarkably well.
With the supp itself, I insert rectally each evening. Within 15 mins my lower body feels very relaxed. It does not effect my cognitive function or give a high. I’m very pleased so far and if this success continues, I will retain this as a treatment.
I have also recently tried the Charlottes Web CBD oil on a nightly basis. This helped me get to sleep, which is a struggle when on Pred. It seemed to have a very mild sedative effect. No high. An hour or so before bed and I would easily nod off.
I hope this helps.

I just started using CBD oil. Using only .3 mm a day. Not seeing much results yet, but it's only been 3 days. I may try what you did, Samboi.
