Chest and back pain

chest and back pain

I've been having a bit of chest and upper back pain mostly on right side and right side of ribs. It goes on left side, but right now its on right. Surgeon said gastritis and checking for h.pylori. I was taking periet before now i started nexium today. Before dx mild colitis, now dr. thinkingmild crohns. Is that why he thinks crohns becasue of the gastritis. Does h.pylori or gastritis give you these pains.

Could be your gallbladder-when I had gallstones I had right sided pain in my ribs and chest, I thought it was indigestion or gas...
I had it removed in 2005.

yes i am going to mention this next time i see my dr, right now i'm waiting on colonoscopy biopsy results.
