Clean colonoscopy

Hi you all!I had a colonoscopy and gastroscopy today,and it turned out that there is no signs of Crohn's anywhere.witch is GREAT,but why do I still have symptoms?I have diarree about 5 times a week,joint pain,abdominal pain,chronic fatique,mouth sores,restless legs.Any thoughts?please help me to make sense of this

Hi Sue! Congrats on the clean colonoscopy. But I guess that doesn't give you much answers as to what is causing your symptoms, huh? Have you had your small intestine checked for active disease? Did you GI have any ideas?

Thanx for the reply.GI checked as much as he could see with the gastro and colonoscopy.I understand that theres still lots of the small intestine that they cant see.the scan,colonoscopy and hislology of Jan '11 showed crohns in colon and terminal ileum.GI said I must stop pred (taper),and pentasa,only continue methotrexate and come and see him again in 2weeks.
