Clenpiq Colonoscopy Prep?

Hello friends,
Has anyone prepped for colonoscopy with Clenpiq before? It's a two-parter, the taste isn't the worst to me, but the instructions don't specify how long you should take to drink each part. Sipped over an hour? Get your spouse or roomies to yell Chug! Chug! Chug!?

Any knowledge and experience appreciated, thank you!

Here are some instructions from the Cleveland Clinic - although you should contact your doctors' office to confirm instructions...usually they give out a sheet with prep instructions.
