Colonoscopy diet

I have my first colonoscopy on Friday and I’m curious to know what people ate the days leading up to theirs and what liquids they drank whilst doing the prep, thanks

Regular diet until two days before. Day before liquids only- clear juice, soda, broth.... No red or purple..... For the Miralax prep I mix with yellow Gatorade and chase with plain water if needed

I just had a colonoscopy / endoscopy today. My doctor gave me very detailed prep information. I have acid reflux, so mixing the Miralax with that Lemon-Lime Gatorade was a bad thing for me, too acidic. Wishing you the best. Lynda.
