I'm looking to try a liquid diet but I'm confused. I see a lot of people say they drink ensure/boost but my question is how do you get enough calories? How many can you drink per day or is there something else to use so you're not basically starving while you do it but not taking way too many vitamins? I dont want to lose any more weight and I can't afford something like vivonex. By the way I'm waiting for my appt with my new GI so I am not Dr supervised at this point but need to try something to get me by until then. Thanks.
