Congestion

I think a side effect is throat and chest congestion. Feels like I'm
Being choked and a fat man is sitting on my chest.

I have been congested for over a week and have lots of phlegm. My GI told me to hold off on my Humira jab until it passes.

My GI doesn't know if Humira is causing it or just my weak immune system susceptible to picking stuff up.

It's more likely that its our compromised immune systems picking up every bug floating around. Having said that Humira is not short of its side effects......

Hi,

Frequently get stuffed-up in the head, occasionally turns into an upper respiratory tract infection that needs antibiotics. Afraid to say that this is listed as a common side effect of Humira.

I was just going to post a thread about this. I usually get a cold once every five years, even when I was on pred, Remicade, and Imuran. Since starting Humira on Feb. 1, I've had two bad colds. My glands are swollen, my throat is sore, and I have the chills. Does this ever calm down or will I always be sick?

yes, i've still got vile congestion, gastro bloke wants chest xray now. i can't believe how long it took me to realise that after every inject of humira my thoat swoll up and i couldn't swallow, and thats when i started the cough. also my nieces ex b/f had humira and has the same bad chest
