Contant heavy feeling ?

Does anyone get this constant heavy and sore feeling below their belly button. I'm new to crohns ! It took two years to diagnose. I originally thought it was something Gyno related. I get cramping low with stabbing pains and a general sore feeling below my belly button. Does this sound familiar? My flares aren't under control. I'm depressed

No I got checked for everything before crohns diagnosis!

Yes I have to. Steroids made me feel horrible so my flares aren't under control I feel like I'm in a constant flare!
