Hey all

I have been following the strong advice of my body as well as GI doc regarding what to eat/not to eat.

I am curious about corn - while I know popcorn and fresh corn cause big discomfort and issues, does this stand for other corn products like corn syrup, corn starch, etc.? I miss tacos and chips n salsa...

Sugar is another one. I seem to be okay with honey and stevia in small amounts once in awhile, but am wondering what others have experienced/learned.

Corn syrup and corn starch are generally okay. The issue is with actual corn itself due to the fact that large portions of it are undigestable.

Ground corn products tend to be easier on the gut than whole corn, as there are partially broken down, but you should also be aware of additives that may cause issues.
