Cortifoam question

I just started Cortifoam and I think I'm doing something wrong. Barely any of the foam will go into the applicator. I follow the instructions to a T and it doesn't go anywhere near the fill line. What am I missing?

you have to press the nozzle and keep your finger on it so it fills up. I use it as well as my rectum was never removed.

oh, and a steady hand is needed too. good luck.
