YUP - that is one of my classic signs....low grade about 99 temp....along with night sweats....

I will often have a low grade fever, somewhere between 99 and 100 when I flare. It just adds to the misery.

Before I was dx'd with Crohns....I had a month where I had fevers every single day. I was flaring then and did not know it. But my fevers were very, VERY high around 102-103. I also developed eye lesions and nose sores. My doctor knew then it was something in my immune system but couldn't quite pinpoint it.

But now, when I'm flaring I don't get fevers as often as previously. But yes, I will still get them depending on how bad I'm flaring.

I was diagnosed with Crohn's nearly 30 years ago and have been very fortunate in that I have a mild form. Until recently, my CD has been controlled well by medication. I'm not sure why, at age 50, all that has changed, but it has. Anyway, my normal temp is 97.6 and if it goes up to 98.6 or higher, I feel just horrible! I was on prednisone until last week and I find it coincidental that a week later, I start running a low grade fever, start having abdominal pain and feel so bad, that I have to go to bed. That makes me think I must be flaring again. I'm not used to this and not really sure what to look for when it comes to flaring.

yep. i go between 99.5-100.5. I think it's what actually makes me miserable. more then anything else
