Crohns and pcos

Hey everyone

Iv just been diagnosed with pcos
And was wondering if anyone else has worse pains then normal every so often! I get confused now if its the front or back haha! Im currently on entocort for a flare what was pretty symptomless, but dr done some tests and apparently so and out of the blue for the last 5 days bang bad cramps pain contractions very frequent toilet trips, and also pelvis pain, and what seems like really sharpe shooting pains when i lift shopping bags etc. So pretty much wanted to know if this is normal or not lol
