Further to David's poll question re: CDAI, I thought I would post the paediatric CDAI form for those interested in having a look at it...

I hear you Julie. It weighs too heavily into the misconceptions that surround Crohn's. Unless you are a classic presentation it is not reflective of the disease activity that many people present with.
