Crohn's disease - no symptoms

I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease 3.5 years ago. The only symptom I had at the time was severe GI bleeding. I took a corticosteroid, and it stopped bleeding. I haven't had any issues since. Should I be taking medication even though I've felt fine for several years? How often should I get a colonoscopy? Haven't had one since diagnosis.

I only took Asacol and Entocort for maybe 3 months. Once the bleeding stopped, I quit taking them. I've been fine since. I think?
