Crohn's or behcets

Hi, an update of my story!!
To cut a long story short, after a bowel resection in January and a Crohn's diagnosis from my surgeon I had my first appointment since surgery with my Gastro consultant this morning. She was sure of the diagnosis too until I went through all my symptoms but now believes I may have behcets!
I know these 2 conditions are very similar in terms of symptoms, does anyone have experience of this?
My symptoms are:

Recurrent mouth ulcers
Recurrent tonsilitis/throat ulcers/infections
Fatigue
Genital ulcers
Erythema nodosum
Gastro problems (ulceration/stricture)- now removed (bowel resection)

I have now been referred to a rheumatologist to investigate behcets, my gastro consultant has ordered a pillcam to be done and they also took further blood tests.
I'm now officially undiagnosed again but it's one or the other!!

I know if another child who was dx with crohns but only later dx with bechets
It's the ulcers mouth /gential plus Gastro that tends to be key

Thankfully most of the treatment is similar
Hope the Rheumo can give you some direction and help figuring it all out
