So I've had Crohn's for about 7 years and have really only had one flare (although it lasted several years). When I first got sick, my symptoms were nasuea, weight loss and occasional diarrhea. Lately, about once or twice a month, I will have several days of nausea and fatigue, that slowly gets better after a day or so of clear liquids. I've never had bloodwork done during one of these episodes, but I've always presumed it's related to my Crohn's (as I can't associated with time of month, food, etc), but it doesn't happen often enough or last for long enough for me to do anything about it. My last scope was November and showed that I was in clinical, endoscopic and histologic remission
Starting last night, I've been having lower abdominal pain/cramping. I had trouble falling asleep last night but then slept well. I felt better this morning so didn't think much of it and had a salad for lunch (something I avoid like the plague during a flare but doesn't bother me at all otherwise), and now I'm really uncomfortable again. Have had a few loose bowel movements and otherwise don't feel nauseous, but am mostly just quite uncomfortable. Does this sound like Crohn's? I don't want to bother my doctor for every little thing, but at the same time my first flare was caught late and took several years to get to a good place.
Thanks in advance!
