I have just recently been diagnosed with crohns disease...so I do not know very much about it...I was wondering if any women had a same symptom I'm having. Like I have the horrible stomach pains and fullness in my upper stomach ...but I also feel a lot of pressure down in my lower female area...like something is going to fall out...and I was thinking that maybe that's my colon or intestines being inflamed... I really dont know much about this disease and I dont have insurance to go to the Dr and have them explain it...can someone help....please!!! Thanks in advance

I've not had this as a Crohn's symptom, but your description reminds me of pelvic organ prolapse:

I'm not sure if this is what you're experiencing but if you google it you'll find a lot of info. It's not related to the Crohn's symptoms, the only link would be that the diarrhoea and frequent bowel movements caused by Crohn's can contribute to bowel prolapse. If you read about pelvic prolapse and think it could be what you have, it's a very common condition, not usually that serious and there are many ways of managing it, though ideally you'd need a gynaecologist to confirm the diagnosis and advise on treatment.
