Crohns side effects

I have had crohns for 5 years now and I am alway feel nauseous if i eat or not. I also have been getting bad headaches with blurred vision. Does anyone know what I can do for either of these problems?

And welcome to the forum. Are you on any medication at the moment for the Crohn's? Just wondering, cos if you are nauseous, maybe it's not quite under control at the moment? I had regular migraine headaches with the blurred 'bitty' vision, but they went when I started on meds.
