Crohns symptoms returning with prednisone tapering

I have just tapered my Prednisone dose down 5mg and have noticed that my symptoms (abdominal pain, mucous discharged, diarhea, bleeding) have returned. Has anyone else noticed the same results when they started tapering their Prednisone?
