:D Update!

Thought to update you lest you were thinking, anyways all praise and gratitude is to the One who bought us here I've not got Crohny or anything as such, it's IBS (still could do with some support) but it's the mental relief for me.

5Months since it all began and now i've got my answer thank God! It's that mental rest, i'm now moving on and living as well as i can.

But it goes to show the way you think and view life has a huge impact on the way you perceive any challenges/changes that come your way. We can moan or we can discuss our life issues and seek answers, or express ourselves in hope for a better outcome!

I hope you are all able to change your mindset and perceptions of life's challenges and allow it to be a means of growth for you. Life should be muchhh better with these conditions, why? Because atleast then you'll find and push yourself to do things you never would've done before. I never ever knew of any of these conditions, ever!! Your physiology, YOU will expand and your circle of comfort will grow. Without these things we'd be robots, no growth or development!

Once again, thanks for your help, answering my questions and general support. Really appreciate it :thumleft:

Bowel disease (or any disease) can take a lot out of all of us physically and mentally.

All any of us can hope for is to find our 'center' and peace within ourselves. To live each day to it's fullest (for us). No matter what religion or lack of.

Always look on the bright side of whatever comes at you, and somehow, things will get better, one way or another!
