DGL for acid reflux

Dr Andrew Weil suggests DGL is the only med you need for acid reflux, and it may help rebuild intestinal linig in Crohn's sufferers.

Has anyone used it. I have been using it for five days, the first few days my reflux was gone, now I find myself taking more and more pills to alleviate it.

These pills taste as nasty as it gets, but if they are going to help my Crohn's they are well worth it.

I take DGL. It works. I just re read research on DGL and it takes about 2 weeks to really make a difference. It is natural so there is not the more instant relief you get from other OTC and prescribed meds. OTC and prescribed meds alter the ph in your tummy and it takes DGL time to restore the balance. Make sure yours is not flavored with mint. This can cause an increase in indigestion.
