I am a strong believer in treating Crohn's with diet. Even though there is no single diet that works for everyone, there are always foods out there that you can find bother you and irritate your Crohn's. Try to find what bothers you and avoid it all costs. I have to stay away from all dairy (besides aged cheese), starch, grains, and added sugar, but sticking to that I am able to stay healthy and happy If you have any questions, please feel free to ask. I also know of many alternatives to different foods if you are unable to eat them (i.e. using honey rather than sugar as a sweetener, using almond flour instead of wheat flour, etc)
