I used to be somewhat judgmental of people who wore their pants low. It always seemed to me as a juvenile expression -- why not buy a pair that fits?
Now, my own pants hang low! I've lost 10-15 pounds due to my Crohn's, and so all of the brand new pants that I just bought last fall (before my symptoms started) are now too big. It seems a shame to go out and buy more now, since I just bought several last fall. Plus, what if I go out and buy more pants, and then I continue to lose more weight? The idea is also that I am trying to gain back the weight that I've lost, so in theory new pants shouldn't really be necessary, in the long run.
What do you do?
