I can't seem to catch my blood pressure when it does this but I'm pretty sure that's what it is. Either drops or spikes in bp causing the world to spin and make me lightheaded and feel like I'm about the faint. I was 102/75 with pulse 83. Doesn't sound too bad as my bp is usually low from taking Tenormin for my heart (PVCs and tachycardia). I know I've mentioned the symptoms before in a couple of threads but I'm wondering now what would be causing it. My meds are all listed in my sig along with my medical conditions. Could any of the meds be causing it? I take them all at night before bed. I'm just sick of not knowing what's wrong with me. Even right now I can't tell if I'm gonna pass out eventually or if I'm having a panic attack.

Does it happen randomly or when you do something?

I know when I was anaemic anything from standing up to climbing the stairs would cause me to go so dizzy i thought i was going to pass out. It would leave me short of breath for a good 5-20mins as well

Happens while standing or just sitting (driving, watching TV or on the computer). No intense exercise either, at most walking like browsing in a store type walking. :/

I'd never had BP issues til I went on Pred, then it was consistently low while I was on the higher doses. I didn't have dizziness etc like you describe until I started tapering off. I don't know if it's a possible side of Entocort. Are you on it long term at your current dosage?

At least 3 months but this started happening before I began taking it again.

I totally understand what you are saying about not knowing if you are just having a panic attack or about to pass out. I feel like that is the story of my life. I have panic disorder. Anyway, my doctor tried me on Entocort and it was a nightmare. It had my heart rate far higher than normal, even after doing something like taking a nap. I took my pulse after one nap and nearly lost it, I called my doc and didn't take any more after that. I of course don't have any answers for you. But wanted you to know, I experience the same thing. I never know if my physical symptoms cause my panic, or if my panic is causing the symptoms. It probably goes both ways, and I just don't even know which way it is going.
