Ear ringing and loss of hearing?

This just started last week and it's slowly gotten worse. I'm not sure if it's a new symptom or a side effect of my meds or something else. My right ear has some ringing and some loss of hearing - things sound louder and clearer to my left ear than they do to my right. It almost feels like my right ear is plugged up, but there's nothing in my ear.

I had an abscessed tooth and had similar symptoms. Until the infection got to the point where it hurt, I didn't know what the cause was.

Had the tooth pulled and it went away. There are other possibilities also. A sinus infection will do the same.

It could be something simple like impacted ear wax...go to your family doc and they can take a look and remove it.its great afterwards
First time I had it I worried like you...never know with the Meds we have to take.
We forget to look for the simpler solutions first

I have noticed this as well. Sudden hearing loss as well as ringing that is here ( and been for a while) not sure if this is a Crohn's related thing. Probably gonna make an appointment soon as well.
