Early pregnancy advice appreciated

Hello people .... Sooo I've just found out I'm pregnant. I'm 4 weeks and 5 days.. this is my second but the my first is nearly 13 and I wasn't diagnosed with crohns back then. I'm off meds because none worked what do ever. So I'm on a constant out patient and if I have any problems they see me asap... Anyway. I'm so so so worried about getting a flair up whilst pregnant an what to avoid and what can help in the early weeks.... I drink green tea an find this helps my crohns but read today green tea stops the baby fromaabsorbing the goodness. I'm also having b12 injections. Does anyone know if this is safe in pregnancy... I'd ask my midwife but they still haven't got back to me even though I called and said my specialist advised I need an appointment asap if I fell pregnant ... Good old British health care.. anyway any advice would be brilliant thank you xxx
