My cardiologist wants me to take a coated baby aspirin daily (ecotrin). We are not sure if I have Crohns...no symptoms but colonoscopy biopsy showed ulceration and inflammation-ileitis/colitis "suggestive of Crohns".

Does anyone take ecotrin or is it not safe with Crohns? Thank you.

Check with your GI. I take a baby aspirin a day but my GI & cardio are in agreement on it. If it messed with my Crohn's, I would skip it but it does not seem to. I do not have any bleeding though. But like I said, I would really check with your GI first.
