Elevated ACL test

Just recently I have been getting elevated ACL blood tests (between 74 and 99). My other liver enzymes are fine all within normal range. After my colectomy for crohn's 4+ years they found cancer. How to make a patient feel happy tell them after they have taken out the lump :)

Naturally I am concerned something is going on in the background. Oncologist and GI don't seem concerned. Should I be? Has anyone else had a similar experience?

Thanks

I've had abnormal Alkaline Phosphatase and another liver function and was in the same boat as you, not sure what to do. GI ordered another liver function test for a couple months later, had a CAT scan (showed nothing), had another liver function test and I was back in normal range.

I would talk to your GI (liver is more their area) and express your concern and find out whether you were blown off or it's just really nothing. I'm blunt/straightforward with my GI and asked what does my abnormal Alkaline Phosphatase mean and he explained it and we discussed what the next steps were that we should take.
