Elevated stool leukoferrin

Supposidly I have Crohns. Been having really bad cramping and diarrhea. Gi dr did a while slew of tests. CRP is barely elevated, stool culture is normal, c-diff negative. The stool lactoferrin is positive. Possibe causes?

What tests did your GI do exactly besides the stool and blood tests?

Hes done a whole slew of tests on me in the last 1.5 years

Do you know the names of the tests you've had done? Colonoscopy, upper endoscopy, Pill cam, small bowel follow through, MRI, MRE, CT scan etc?

Ive had 2 colonoscopies, 7 or 8 EGDs, a pill camera, numerous CTs, numerous blood work. My scopes have pretty much always showed ulcers but nobe of the biopsies came back as crohns. He did the IBD sgi panel which showef crohns. I had 3 of the 4 genetic mutations
