I bought pads for when I get bad diarrheah and urgency with constipation but how do I even begin to tell anyone I wear them sometimes ? I'm sixteen so it's just so embarassing. Like during car trips a lot I get a bad tummy and they make me less nervous if I couldn't hold it

I totally get it!!! I often have accidents cause when I have to go there is no holding it in!! Why do you need to tell anyone though? It's personal and no one even needs to know. Maybe a few of your good friends you can trust and family members so they understand and could assist if anything is to happen. Do your friends know? If not you could take a few minutes to explain the disease to them so they understand what you go through and why you have to wear these sometimes. Also, flushable wipes are good to carry around for easy cleaning and a change of underwear. Good luck to you ☺

I'm a guy, but for years I have folded up a paper towel and put it between my cheeks. It's not very noticeable, It holds a decent amount, flush-able unless there is a septic tank, the bounty half sheets work the best, and even stops chapped cheeks. My wife knows and my family doc knows as I had to drop my paints one time I was not planning on it.

I don't see why anyone needs to know.
