sure are fun! After doing steroid suppositories for 2 weeks, I have now moved on to steroid enemas! It wasn't very painful, just kinda weird. Close to 2 hours and still got it in! Go me! Lol now let's just hope it works and inflammation goes away so my constipation gets better!

I was extremely scared when I had to do my own suppositories and enema. I think in both cases the best think to do is to fully relax and just let it happen. Enemas do feel weird, but as long as I remain relaxed they are not usually a big deal.

Good luck fighting the inflammation and constipation!

Yeah I didn't find either to be as weird as I thought they would be! The suppositories would either pop out right away, I would cough and pop them out, or stay in very nicely! Never could figure out why, even though I shoved those things so far up there lol

The enema was also better than expected. Just a little pressure, no pain. But I thought it was all in, then took out the bottle and realized I didn't completely empty it. Oops! Lessons learned for next time (just a few minutes actually!)
