Entocort question

So, I started Entocort on Thursday. This morning I wake up and my back pain and hip pain are significantly improved. If Entocort stays mostly in your GI tract, why are my other symptoms improved so quickly? Is it all in my head?

No it's not all in your head. Depending on the way your body metabolizes the entocort, up to roughly 20% will be absorbed systemically. And I suppose it's possible you have referred pain that is causing the back and hip pain.
