Was diagnosed with Crohn's in August of 2024. I've been on Low Dose Naltrexone (and experienced some improvement! but not quite enough) since then. Finally found the right doctor I trusted for treatment this November and started Entyvio in December.
I just hit the 8-week mark and I have had my first three loading doses... I've heard around 6 weeks people start feeling significant improvements. I am not really feeling any improvements?? Last week had blood in stool twice and haven't had that in like two months. Abdominal bloating is so incredibly uncomfortable & doesn't seem to have improved whatsoever since starting Entyvio.
My last scope showed active inflammation/disease in small intestine (terminal ileum, ileum).
Thoughts? Do I need to give it more time?? Meeting w/ my doc end of this month to discuss my progress.
