Experience with bentyl

due to shortage of my usual antispasmodic, have been prescribed Bentyl.Anyone with experience on this?Low dose, 10 mg to slow down peristalsis.

I don't have personal experience but I have seen it mentioned by others on here.

I use bentyl, especially when I know I will have a super busy day ahead of me and I won't have liberty to use the restroom as needed. It usually gets me through the day.

good to know-how much did you take and did it "clog" you up or just slow you down???Any side effects-I've heard it can produce dizziness and blurred vision.

I was put on bentyl once. It really helped my stomach pain.
the only side effect I had was some constipation. No big deal. I really liked the stuff.

It just slowed me down a little, I did have some blurred vision & a little dizziness with it. I didn't like the dizziness so stoped taking it.
