Yes that definitely sounds like a flare. If the pain is really bad and/or there's a lot of blood then you should go to the hospital. If you have a GI then call their emergency line and ask them what you should do. If nothing else at least contact your doctor tomorrow and let them know what's going on.

I never suggested that you should take pain medication. The hospital can help find the location of your pain and blood loss (since you're pregnant then an ultrasound can be done), help with dehydration and generally make sure that you and your baby aren't in any immediate danger (extreme abdominal pain with IBD could mean a blockage).

Your GI should be able to run further tests to find the cause of your bleeding and pain (likely from inflammation that was found in your stool test) and adjust your medications that you are able to take while pregnant.
 
As you are pregnant, I would make a earlier decision to get this check out.

Untreated pain is not good for the baby either. If this new to you please get it checked out quickly.
