Hi all,
I know that Imuran is considered 'OK' to father children and even to have while pregnant (if female), with recent studies showing not much difference in statistics of birth defects against those not on the medicine.
However, just curious if anyone has seen, or if there is a study, to show if there are any long-term effects of children born from fathers that were using Imuran (assume a few years, 150-200mg) whilst conceiving.
For example, not just physical defects at birth, but long term mental (or other) affects that surfaced some years after birth?
Kind regards,
Stefan
