Hey guys my nutrionist told me i need to eat more fibre as my stool is formed but hard to pass but heres the thing i can't tolerate alot of fruit and veg fresh i can have things like avacado, banana carrot potato things like that she said to take a fibre supplement like benefibre but its only got 3g of fibre per scoop she says its not enough so what i'm after is a supplement or foods high in fibre that you can recommend.
 
I was told to stir fry fruits, if needed. Heat changes it a little and makes it easier to tolerate. Pears may be good choice, grapefruit (which actually is not acidic to belly, surprisingly).
