In 2004 at age 28, I had to have emergency surgery and was diagnosed with Crohns. 2007 I was again in the hospital for 10 days due to arterial vein rupture and was bleeding to deth, litrrally. Since I get colonoscopies every 2 yrs to monitor and all is well and am on no meds. However, I have had ibs symptoms since teen yrs. Severe diarrea when hot, cold, nervous on my period was even worse up until a few months ago. I tried cutting out foods and never could get it right. I decided to try the blood type diet, I am an O. Sounded crazy but what do I have to lose?Now, I am never sick as long as I eat and avoid as directed. I can not believe it, I am a new person. I can eat out now, travel, etc without worrying where the toilet is and do I have my immodium ad! Although I miss foods and try going back to not sticking to the diet, get sick the same day and quickly am reconvinced this is legit and well worth it!
