First dose of Stelara!

So my Liv recieved her first dose last Thursday.....90mg given and no issues so far! I am a nervous wreck with her restarting biologics, but we really need to get the chronic inflammation under control. I am hoping Stelara will be the magic bullet for her. She is still on 6mg of Entocort; we were never able to wean while on LDN. I am hoping we can get her off the steroids finally as well. Liv said the injection was painless, unlike Humira, and her next dose is in 5 weeks. She will be administering the next dose to herself so she is comfortable self injecting when she is up at college. Keeping fingers and toes crossed that remission is in the near future! Kim
