five weeks pregnant and on Lialda- Is it safe?

I just found out I am five weeks pregnant and I'm very worried because I've been taking 4 pills of Lialda for about 4 years now. This drug is a B-which means that it is probably safe but they don't have enough research on the drug yet. Did anyone have a healthy baby while taking Lialda? or are you currently pregnant and taking the same drug? Thanks so much.

Do you know what Lialda is similar to?
I took Asacol and Pentasa while pregnant, both category B drugs. A girl on here recently had a baby and she was taking Humira, also category B.

Hum... Lialda is a formulation of mesalamine, the same active
ingredient found in several other ulcerative colitis
medications. Lialda contains the most mesalamine
per tablet.
