Flare after pregnancy

I am weeks away from having my second baby! During my first pregnancy, I had a horrible flare throughout and after the pregnancy that ended in surgery. After the surgery and my meds were stable we got pregnant right away. I haven't felt better since being diagnosed.

My question is; has anyone else felt wonderful during a pregnancy than had a flare afterwards? My biggest fear is not having this feeling for very long.

I've heard that pregnancy can equal automatic remission but once its over, it doesn't last. I forget all the info/science behind it but I know there was a thread about it in the past. Seems that didn't apply to your first pregnancy though so I guess its still different from person to person.
