Flare up

flare up

Hi, i am having a flare up at the mo, and was down to 5mg pred, my doc told me to up to10mg (although she said she wasnt sure what to do!!)
but they dont seem to stopping flare up, i have been on ten since sunday, is that long enough or do u think i should go higher, say to 20mg to knock it on the head.
any help would be great, doc doesnt seem to know, husband is away working at the mo, so it just me and the kidz, feel a bit alone...

I thought it was a bit low 10mg to do any good, but she seemed to think going up by 5mg was a big step!! i dont wont to go any higher if i dont have to as i have just got down to 5mg and i had really bad side affects but i would rather be well...
