Flare up???

I'm a crohnie. Remicade since August 2015 and has helped a lot. But still having issues. GI started me on imuran 2 weeks ago, 5 days in i started feeling what I thought was a flare and has intensified daily. My WBC is good and my antibodies are good. Can I flare up large like this even with good numbers or I would like to think its the new med, I'm not new at this ... I know what a flare feels like and it does. So, can I flare?

I have a nutritionist who says you can do all the right things and still have a bad day. I wonder if the same thing fits with a flare?

My labwork is beautiful, but I am very sick. It's always been normal, even when I was so sick I was required to be in Intensive Care with my CD. My GI rarely does labwork on me anymore because it doesn't show the severity of my disease.

Some of the side effects of Remicade can be nausea, abdominal pain and diarrhea. Maybe you should call your doctor.

My blood work has only been off one time since my Dx and that was 5 yrs ago.

My Dr said everything can be( like blood work ) normal ( like X-rays and scopes) and you can still have the disease.

Awesome right?? Because this set of diseases is great to begin with!!
