Flares or not?

So, I've been in remission for 2 years. And one month ago I started having constant explosive diarrhea and with slight cramps. And two weeks ago, the pain severity and frequency of diarrhea has increased. And now, since four days, I'm having these sharp really painful cramps with severe diarrhea and loss of appetite.
I'm having trouble knowing where this is Crohn's or not, because I don't know how to identify this pain. I had severe Crohn's before so I had like...the literal 'breath-taking' pains before and this one's a little mild. But it comes randomly every 5 or 10 minutes or so I feel tired and stuff. The pain is in the side of my stomach and also in the lower abd. area and it feels sharp and sometimes I feel something moving inside. And of course, the diarrhea follows.
Is this a flare????

Hopefully it's not crohns just some random virus,try blanding your diet out and get to the doctor just in case.

I don't think you're going to get any more useful answers here than you got on your other thread: yes, it's very possible you're flaring, but no one on this forum can tell you for sure. I know there are circumstances which make it difficult for you to see a doctor, but that's the only way you'll get an answer - and probably the only way you'll get treatment.

Are you posting because you want reassurance that it's not a flare? I don't think any sensible person would try to reassure you of that. I don't think whether or not this is a Crohn's flare is the most important question here; even if this isn't a Crohn's flare, it still sounds like something that could be serious and needs treatment.

If you can't see your specialist, is there not any other doctor you can see? What answers are you hoping to get by posting about this?

It sounds like you can be flaring, I think it's time to make an appointment to discuss this with your dr and see what's going on.
