Florastor while on immunosuppressants?

I read that those immunocompromised risk a fatal fungal infection from florastor but I'm thinking that's severe immunity issues and not your regular biologic immune suppressant. I wanted to try florastor but safely of course.

In case anyone was wondering a gi told me that it's really only an issue for the most immune suppressed patients and not your biologic garden variety. If someone were on high dose pred and Remicade that would be a problem and probiotics might be best avoided. He said anything under 20mg of pred plus a biologic wasn't a concern in his mind.
